The service agreement becomes active upon signing and a 60% upfront payment.
Up to 3 revisions are included per package: 1 major revision, 2 minor adjustments, Revisions must be requested within 3 business days.
All required content and assets must be submitted by the client at least 8 calendar days prior to the agreed start date.
Unused content does not carry over into future months. All deliverables are monthly-based.
Projects required in under 48 hours are subject to an urgency surcharge.
Each package must be requested at least 1 month in advance.

Ownership rights are retained by TRAMASED until full payment is completed.
